How can I pay for my Current Protocols subscription?
Payment for all formats must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. For all formats, you may remit your payment via:

Credit Card: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa
Check: Please make checks payable to John Wiley & Sons
Purchase Order: We will bill and ship against a purchase order (Print only)

What taxes are applicable?
Applicable U.S. state and local taxes must be added to all Current Protocols print orders shipping to customers in the U.S, unless a tax exempt certificate is provided. Print orders shipping to Canada must add GST.

Applicable U.S. state and local taxes, Canadian GST, and European Union VAT are added to all Wiley InterScience® invoices in those respective countries.

Current Protocols customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or local import taxes that may be levied by their own governments. The publisher does not invoice, collect or pay any taxes, fees or duties for product shipments except as noted above.

How do I renew a subscription? What if my subscription has already lapsed?
Before your current print subscription expires, you will receive an invoice for a one-year renewal. Online subscribers will receive a renewal notice via email with instructions on how to renew online. Current Protocols does not accept standing orders. Payment is required to commence your renewal. If your subscription is more than one year out of date, please contact Customer Service for information about our Lapsed Subscriber Offer. We do not offer Current Protocols update supplements for sale separately. If you are an up-to-date subscriber and you are missing a particular page or supplement, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly send the missing materials.

How will I be invoiced?
Invoices for CP Online Institutional Subscriptions (Enhanced Access Licenses) on Wiley InterScience® are mailed concurrently with the "turn on" date for new institutional subscriptions, and thereafter approximately one month before the institution's annual renewal date.

Customers requiring an invoice for personal online subscriptions will receive it via mail. Access will be available once payment is received. After your order is processed, you will receive an email with instructions for setting up a username and password and accessing your content online

Invoices for new print subscriptions are mailed separately from the print binder(s). Your invoice should arrive at the same time as, or just before, the content. For print renewals, you will receive a reminder letter with an invoice about six weeks before your annual renewal date.

Can I receive a pro forma invoice for my order?
If you require a pro forma invoice or sales confirmation in order to apply for a letter of credit (L/C) and foreign exchange (import) allocation from your government, please contact Customer Service.

What is the returns policy?
Current Protocols print versions may be examined for 30 days. If the publication does not meet your needs, you may return it without obligation. Prepayment is required for all Current Protocols orders shipping outside the U.S., but prepaid orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. If after your 30-day examination, you wish to return your Current Protocols print purchase, please return it to:

To expedite the processing of your return and issuance of any credit due, please include a copy of your invoice and the original mailing label from your shipment.

Online subscriptions are non-refundable.

When will I receive my print publication after I place an order?
For orders placed directly with the publisher, please allow four weeks for delivery. Delivery time may be longer for destinations outside North America. If your order requires special attention to ensure proper and timely delivery, please communicate your needs to Customer Service when placing your order, and we will do our best to comply.

Orders shipped within the United States are sent via UPS Ground. Orders outside the United States are shipped via air service. For all destinations, it is important to have the name of an individual on the shipping label to ensure receipt. Customers outside the U.S. must provide a phone or fax number to ensure delivery.

Access to online content via a personal online subscription will be available immediately when paying online via a credit card. Orders placed via mail or fax will be processed immediately upon receipt, and then instructions for accessing your online content will be sent via email.

Can I purchase Current Protocols through my subscription agent?
Print products may be purchased through a subscription agent. For online access, institutions should contact their Wiley Account Manager. Personal online subscriptions are not available for purchase through a subscription agent.

Is Current Protocols available through online aggregators or other third party vendors?
No. Current Protocols Online is only available through John Wiley & Sons on the Wiley InterScience® online research platform.

How can I send a wire transfer?
When paying by wire transfer, please email (protocol@wiley.com) or fax (732-650-4623) us a copy of the wire transfer details and reference your account number so we may promptly apply payment. Thank you.
