What is included in a Current Protocols print subscription?
Your initial shipment consists of: looseleaf binder(s), contents (all information
published to date), tabs and page protectors. In some cases the initial shipment
will include supplement updates for subscribers to file into the main work.
After the initial shipment, subscribers receive four quarterly
updates as part of their one-year subscription. Towards the end of their subscription, subscribers
are invoiced for an annual renewal that entitles them to another year of updates. NOTE:
Subscribers may not purchase individual volumes or chapters.
What is included in a Current Protocols individual online subscription?
An individual online subscription (with username and password control) includes one year of access to all online content and all new and updated content within that year. Towards the end of the online subscription period, subscribers receive instructions via email to continue their access for an additional year.
What is the archiving policy for Current Protocols?
Print: If you decide to stop your print subscription to Current Protocols, your binder(s) become your archive.
Individual Online Subscription: There is no archival access available for the individual online subscription. However, subscribers may print PDFs of any units they wish to retain. Because Current Protocols is continually updated with new material and improvements/changes to existing protocols, continual access to current information is strongly recommended.
Enhanced Access License (for Institutional customers): : After expiration of a non-renewed Current Protocols Online subscription, upon request Wiley InterScience® will provide, at cost, continued access to the content published through the last update of the license term, either by continuing online access to the same material on Wiley's server, or in an archival electronic copy.
