How do I set up my online account?
If you have not received an email or letter from us with your activation code, contact Wiley InterScience Support. We will provide your activation code and instructions on how to activate your online account.

What will my online access include?
Online access allows you to view all of the content in the title(s) to which you subscribe. You will also have access to all future updated and new material for the remainder of your current subscription.

How do I access the content after I’ve registered?
After setting up your account online, simply visit Wiley InterScience at www.interscience.wiley.com, and go directly to the title’s home page. Once you have logged in to Wiley InterScience, your access will be immediate.

Will I need special software to access the online content?
No, you will only need a standard Web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, and access to the Internet. To view the full text of Current Protocols units in PDF (Portable Document Format), users will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader®.

How many users can view the content online at one time?
There is no concurrent usage available with individual online subscriptions. Unlimited, IP validated site-wide access is available through a site license from your institution.

How does my online subscription differ from a site license from my institution?
Enhanced Access Licenses (EALs) for Current Protocols Online are governed by the Wiley InterScience® institutional pricing policy for Reference Works and Non-Journal Content. EALs are priced on a sliding scale based on the number of FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents) at your institution. For more information on Wiley InterScience® EALs, see the EAL section on the Wiley InterScience® Access Options for Institutional Customers page.

Who do I contact with questions about my online subscription?
If you have already activated your online account and need further assistance, please visit the Wiley InterScience Customer Support Page.

Can I access other Current Protocols, or John Wiley products?
You can access any Current Protocols title to which you currently subscribe. If your institution subscribes via a site license, you will be able to access the content of those Current Protocols titles or other John Wiley products. You can always access the Table of Contents and abstracts for any Current Protocols title for free.
