Videos/Movies
Current Protocols now accepts videos that enhance understanding of the procedures described in the protocols. Such videos will illustrate processes involved in carrying out protocols, particularly if that process requires special skills. If you would like a procedure filmed but don’t have the facilites to do so, contact us and we can make arrangments to film the procedure for a modest publication fee.

Selection Criteria
Current Protocols will accept protocols on product and technology information. All submissions will be reviewed by Current Protocols editors to ensure the content meets basic criteria for publication.
Acceptances and Rejections
Protocol submissions are reviewed by Current Protocols staff who will make the decision whether to accept within 5 business days of receipt (although often the decision will be made earlier). Accepted protocols will be published online no later than 5 business days from the date of acceptance.
If you find you need to make corrections to a posted protocol, please either post a new version, or use the commenting feature for each protocol to make notes. Please contact Sarah Andrus at if you have any questions about this process.
Removing Content
Protocols will remain on the site indefinitely and suppliers have the ability to remove protocols they have posted.
Pricing
Non-peer reviewed protocols may be posted on the site free of charge. Current Protocols editorial staff may select supplier protocols for peer-review and inclusion in CP; in these cases there will be a publication fee.
