Do the members have any recommendations for a commercial full protein sequencing service located in USA? I am specifically interested in a protein with two chains ~25,000 Mr each.

another good source for Edman sequencing
Edman sequencing is also still done at Yale. Contact either Myron Crawford at j.myron.crawford@yale.edu or Nancy Williams at nancy.a.williams@yale.edu
